ITZE Photography
Branding

ITZE Photography was a photography company that changed it's name and focus and wanted a fresh look. The company was changing from a focus on family photography to becoming a company that specialized in weddings only.  A new logo, a brochure, new business cards, a building sign, and a new website were all part of the re-brand. The branding encompassed the core focus of incorporating fine art with wedding photography and the idea of capturing love in photographs.

ITZE's new logo was designed to incorporate a heart to represent love, a camera to represent photography, and the camera was drawn in an ink style to represent the idea that this company provides fine art style photography.  The company wanted to also focus on simplicity so this design was kept simple with a clean contour line drawing.

A new brochure was designed that kept with the simplicity goal and focused on connecting with the idea of capturing love.  A caricature of the owners was placed in the about section to lighten the feel of the brochure and remind clients that love can be fun too.  The brochure images all featured couples expressing love and togetherness.

The inside of the brochure was also kept simple with a faded beach image of a couple along with overlays of text that focused on next steps such as viewing the website, contact company with questions, and read the testimonial to see if this company is the right fit for the clients wedding event.  The bottom featured an overlay with testimonials.

This was the sign that was designed to hang outside the studio space. A slight bit of color was requested since the signs surrounding it of other companies featured bits of color and the company liked that look and wanted to match the surrounding area.  A blue color was selected and added as a watercolor paint brush look to emphasize the fine art portion of the company and also the tie between the color blue (something blue) and weddings.

A re-design of the website was kept clean and simple including a loving image of a couple, muted colors, grays, blacks, and whites.  The logo was placed on the top left with a simple and clean looking menu bar at the top for easy access to pages.

Upon scrolling down, you find three popular links represented with images and at the bottom of the page, there is a social media feed which will keep the homepage changing and keyword savvy for search engines.  There is also a call to action to sign up for a quarterly e-magazine.
