ABOUT MRS. PAR
Mrs. Par
Welcome and thank you for visiting the classroom website! A little bit about me:
My name is Mrs. Tina Parsadanov but the students call me Mrs. Par. I was born and raised in Connecticut and still live here with my husband and my two children, Zack (age 14) and Ella (age 9). I also have a pet dog named Russell. I am a graduate student at Johns Hopkins University's school of Education where I am working on my Masters degree in Educational Studies. I have spent time teaching in Hartford, CT and also Philadelphia, PA. I value family and relationships as a top priority. The relationships I build with all of you and my students are very important to me and I value the important role you play in your child’s education and in their whole being. Some of my favorite things outside of school? My family, art and museums, the beach, traveling, the great outdoors, hiking, kayaking, people and animals, reading, and learning new things. A fun fact about me is that I have been to over 10 different countries and still adding more to that list. Some of the places I have visited include Canada, France, Jamaica, Antigua, Italy, Puerto Rico, Bermuda, Haiti, Mexico, Cayman Islands, Hawaii, France, St. Maarten, St. Thomas, Tortola, Belize, Dominica, Dominican Republic, Bahamas, and Barbados. I love exploring the world we live in and learning about different cultures and sharing those experiences with my students. I am very passionate about incorporating arts within the academic classroom and allowing students the freedom of expression and communication through the visual and media arts.
